The artwork starts by plein air (working outside placing the main shapes and colours into the composition) and then completed in the studio. This is a local scene I often walk pass. You always find the pelicans by this wharf for obvious reasons.

On the back of the painting, D hooks and cord are fixed, ready for hanging on the wall.
